What does a Court Watch Volunteer do?

Court Watch volunteers attend court hearings in the Larimer County courts to help ATV develop a greater understanding of how victims' cases are handled in the justice system and to ensure victims are being treated fairly according to the Victim Rights Amendment.

What does a Court Watch Volunteer need?

  • Must possess open, non-judgmental attitude toward survivors of crime
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to complete a background check
  • Must be willing to make a one year commitment
